I really like this video, I think the narrative approach is so important as we are social beings and story tellers, we communicate through stories in all areas of life. Facilitating communication in this way, within social work, enables people to feel heard by others, and also by themselves, and helps build a trusting relationship. Thanks Kayleigh :)
