    I am kinda new at barbering and I’ve been searching the internet for months for someone like you! You are the man! I’ve been looking for someone that can do shears work and know what they are talking/explain what they are talking about. New favorite barber Definitely subscribed!

      Ah mate that’s wicked, pleased to hear the content is helping you! Yeah I’ve noticed CZcams is full of fade tutorials but not very much technical information.
      I’m trying to push the boundaries with it a little, see where i can take it!
      Shoot me a message should you need any help, cheers mate 👊🏼

    Would you be able to use this technique on curly hair? If so how would it look?

      Hi mate, I use Matakki 5.5 scissors. Their whole range is pretty good. I tend to go for the elite steel. You can find the link to Matakki in the description

    Are you just over directing everything to the first section?

    • @Cmcbarber
      @Cmcbarber  Před 8 měsíci +1

      Great question. I've started my initial guide at the temple. I'm then taking diagonal back sections while slightly curving the line to meet to roundness of the head.
      Each section is purpdendicular to the head, so no over-direction. Just pull straight from the root.
      At the top of the shape, be mindful that you're not going too short on the corners of the head.
      Hope that helps mate!

      If you were to over-direct everything to the first section, you would be left with a mullet type shape.
      This is just FYI incase you ever cut a mullet. Same tactics, but all over-directed to the first section.

      Thanks bro! Super helpful tutorial! People just aren't putting out this kind of content for free on CZcams 👏

      @@Barberingbyethan there’s alot of ‘paid’ education now. As every barber is now a educator. I actually enjoy filming and editing so I’m hoping to monetise my CZcams account at some point.
      I’m glad the content is helping you, thanks mate!
