Seat Belt Stunt - SD Office of Highway Safety

The SD Office of Highway Safety suspended a car by a harness made out of seat belts. The display demonstrated the strength of a seat belt and the benefit of being strapped in. SDOHS also awarded the 2019 Lesson Learned Sweepstakes winner, Angie Lockett, a check for $10,000.
