This dude is gonna be a steal for whoever drafts him late. If he didn’t miss some time I think he’d be right up there with the guys like Coleman, Leggete, Mitchell, Worthy who are getting the hype to go early.
His in breaking routs are Razor sharp. good yac yard's quick reactor after a catch. safe hands no bobbles. Really nice piece. to add along with bills 28pick.

I love watching him pluck the ball out of air. He rounds his routes knowing the why behind them. You can see when he makes his official cuts he makes sure the defensive back won’t be able to under cut his route leaving such a safe throw. This is much easier to do when you are a smart player like McMillian with all the extra space. But I do believe his athletic traits will certainly translate to the NFL level. Despite the round he is drafted he will be comfortable inside my top 20 in my personal rankings.
