Here is the Build.
Weapon: Igneous Saber /Skills: M.Atk+20, Limit Gauge Stagger, Limit Gauge Charge Rate +10%, Enemy Parts Damage Up.
Cetran Bracer.
Enhanced Expeditionary Medal.
Weapon Materia: Fire+Elemental, Swiftcast(100%) + Reraise, Enemy Skill, HP-MP Materia and Odin Summon.
Armor Materia: Fire and Ice+Elemental, First Strike, Precisions Defence Focus, Steadfast Block, Magic Up, Strength Up, Luck Up.

I’m struggling so hard on this challenge. Havnt tried this method but I’m not good at blocking. I watched your barret one. Who do you think is better to use cloud or barret?
@@dr__hennessy5193 Cloud because he is more Mobile than Barret and you said you are not good at blocking so better try with Cloud but still you have to block to make this strategy work.

@@KalmashinV not sure how much more practice. Nothing seems to work for me and the enemies and what they seem to do behaviors seem way different. I’m getting pummeled then what I see in vids

Absolutely brilliant to use Reraise in case of oopsies. Reraise's only downside is its high MP cost, and who cares about that when you have over 5000 MP? 😂 That singlehandedly takes this build from "perfect players only" to something I want to try myself!
If I put reraise on swiftcast and just keep reviving could I just limit break the whole battle away endlessly?
@@Fear1essEnder when you revive, you have 0 ATB, and you need to build up at least one bar before you can cast it again. So you can't just spam it, you do have to survive without it for at least a little bit

The game is way too easy for any real gamers.. FF16 has the exact same problem.
@@siLence-84 I call those "real gamers" elitists, not everyone likes to play From Software games, and not everyone has the skill level to finish them. Ff is plenty hard for an average gamer, plus it never advertises itself being a difficult game.

I'm so happy I finally found someone else who abuses HP MP Swap. I hate looking online and seeing "oh, I just put it on someone who isn't in my party so I get free healing in hard mode" or "oh, It's just a joke materia." I never got enough training on Gilgamesh to be able to block his attacks consistently, and making it through the other 3 fights takes too much time for me to want to put in the effort, but I completed all of the other brutal challenges first try just because of this materia.

Thanks man, but the idea is to be at low HP to build Limit Meter faster when you block, not that the LB itself build you the Limit Meter.
@@KalmashinV yes i know that the HP MP swap make the block generate more LB gauge based on how low max life is. Another LB generation is when it hit multiple time under some condition for 1 target which happens many times during your run.

@KalmashinV is really great. After watching, I've started the game and built from what I've seen. Then, I started with aerith and Barret in party to have a training room and have more revive options. 3rd try first fight done. But the first one is way easier than rest because Phoenix could not hit you with most attacks because I absorb fire. In the next day's, I will definitely try hard these build.
It's hard, and I will fail very often, but it is absolute fun to play and master it
The first fight was going for 9 minutes in real time, by the way. Best fight in FF7 Rebirth I had so far

How do you build that much LB by parrying?
And why sometimes you use your LB but your limit gauge stays full? ( How do you use two LBs in a row?
You get more limit break the lower your health is. He's often timing his limit break use when enemies attack and he is invincible, this still counts as perfect guarding to the game and refills his limit break, often back to full again.

When it's a multi hit attack you need to block, are you repeatedly pressing block?
Yes you have to press block multiple times depending on the attack pattern.
Super impressed but what if you managed to beat the entire game and never parried one attack unless it was on accident? Super impressed. But I really wanna see a video of a solo run with no parties lmao (if even possible)

@KalmashinV just tried with 3 members for a 3rd time. Done all the summons with ease, got to sephiroth and he just tore me apart... using the brumal form strat, barret as support and aerith as the damage dealer. Works really well for the summons.. not so much sephiroth unless I'm just getting unlucky. Not sure I'm good enough to solo all the summons 😅
@@nathanking5137 Brumal Form strat is broken i agree maybe you can check some videos of ppl using the same strategy but only the Sephiroth fight so you can see what ppl do there and use it yourself that's the only tip i can give you for this strategy because seems like only Sephiroth is the problem.
@KalmashinV yeah he is tough, if I was better at perfect blocks it would be okay but I suck at blocking 🤣 I only need to do these challenges and sephiroth 3D brawler and ill have the platinum :) gunna give it a few more trys and then give your solo build a go :)
@@nathanking5137 Just in case you're not doing it already, make sure you have life saver, steel skin and manawall set up at all times with that ATB spam build. If you have all that and keep healing with Barrett you should be able to survive any attacks that Sephiroth does.
The only things i know for sure he has are linked fire - elemental to weapon and fire and ice - elemental to armor. first strike, precision defense, enemy skill, reraise and possibly steadfast block?. I don't know if he has any other materia.
Get Good Materia
It doesn't really matter, probably all passive stuff, like Strength+ and Speed+.
All that matters is the swap materia and exp medal, for sure he has E. Skill and has swiftcast with reraise materia every thing else is stat sticks and/or stagger materia type stuff
Going to certainly need ice & fire + elemental due to pheonix unblockable area effect with fire that follow Kujata resurrection
What causes the super to return to you so quickly?
Is it the fact that your HP is very low?
Essentially ye because any hit at this lvl will technically either one shot or put you at crit hp so your limit gauge build up is increased. Add in the fact that perfect blocking keeps that effect despite you being immune to the dmg and really, 1 hit could charge you to full.
Thats why theres so many buffs in weapons that trigger on revives.
What did you have on to not get hurt
Is the reason for instant limit the fact that your perfect blocking an attack that could KO you?

@KalmashinV it takes you 3 perfect blocks to charge your limit guage. And because your HP is so low, 1 attack will kill you. I find that I need to perfect block like 15 attacks before I get my limit, so was wondering if your going to die from an attack you get a bigger limit boost? Not sure how to word this better 🤣 apologies

@@nephlem_ yes the lower your total HP is more Limit Gauge you fill when you block and when you cast Limit Break you are Immune and when they hit you ot count as you have blocked so that's why sometime ls you spam LB after LB

The lower your HP is the faster your Limit Gauge charges when you block or when you take dmg.

As far as I understand, perfect blocking a fatal damage increases the limit gauge based on the damage it would have caused.
It's more complex than that, maybe someone can explain better, I'm too lazy for a google search.

How does he have infinite limit gauge?
The lower your HP , faster your Limit Gauge fill when you block or take dmg but since you are Immune while you cast Limit Break the game fills your limit gauge like you are taking dmg.
This is like a secret game mechanic that the game wont tell you about but you have to find it yourself.

Well, its pretty obvious i need to focus more on learning perfect block 🥴😨
why does the limit charge so fast?
Because of the hp-mp swap, his hp is so low that a single hit from an enemy would KO him, our limit would normally build up over time with every hit from a enemy with lets say an average of 5k hp, his basically being KO with every hit but because during a limit animation your temporary invincible to taking damage but the limit bar still goes up, so in this case, its instant full limit bar

The point is to be at lower total HP as possible so your Limit Gauge can Fill Faster, that's why i use HP-MP Swap Materia

Most important seems to be Fire and Ice elemental on defense, HP-MP, Reraise, and Enhanced Expeditionary Medal. Enemy Skill is on there too. The rest is probably stat and,ATB boosting materia, and precision defense.

It was hard for me too until i learned their attack patterns so i can see why so many ppl can't complete these challenges but practice makes perfect.
