Unacceptable. How much charges are they getting from us. For what ? STT, GST, Direct Tax, Exchange Charges, Brokerage bruh....
Mid cap, bankex, sensex, finnifty should be avoided if any wants to preserve their capital.
I am a victim of the sudden rise in the sensex spike.
I had some put order. But seeing the spike in the calls I tried to cancel put order. I got message order is placed.
But after some time my cancelled orders got activated and i was forced to close all orders in heavy loss. What is the solution.
Immediately after this within few minutes I informed my broker. But they didn't give any solution
Sound is not good. Too much echo

On Friday something happened to me fortunately i was buyer, i bought sensex ce @218 suddenly it went 580 i try to sell my position order was placed but not executed after 40 min i got message order was sell @336 i missed price @580 its bad thing i missed more profit of almost 38000

As long as proper guidelines & strict penalties are not imposed by regulators on both exchanges (like how rbi do it) as well as brokers for such glitches, an optimised infrastructure & operations will.never happen even while retailers are milked with charges & fees .while realty remain that no technology is glitch free, however contractual agreements between parties (like how it is done between global firms) should work on high penalties for outages and refunds to be issued. Somebody has to pay for it ..and not always pass on end users who has no forum to raise their voice .for .example if network glitch then service provider should refund broker , if exchange glitch the they refund broker and if broker glitch then end user get refund ..that's how things work ..not sure sadly why this does not yet happen in our markets yet.?
