hindi ko po naexperience ang account ng hotel reservation but i had a training or a little idea about it when we practiced role playing. Some of the information and phrases i got is from google and i search for mock call script and with that i was able to create a scenario like this. .

Hi can you do a mock call in telco with script thank you
was waiting for a reluctance after she said it would cost $590. Most people that call me to book a room are looking at $50 a night which is way lower than the standard and not even including taxes as well as other fees via pet deposit or other amenities. Moral of the story is people really don't have the money to afford 5 star hotels in todays economy(me included). Which can be a shit show because these bookings are what's keeping you alive.
I think we cannot disclose card info over the phone... 🤔🤔🤔

Yes po importante po siya =) starting po na narinig niyo yung reason ng call or concern ni Customer need na siya idocument . Example is :customer called in wants to cancel account mga ganun po. magkakaron po ko topic about sa multitasking and documentation =)
