How is the width of the chair? Is it wide enough for someone on the heavy side with big hips?

What licenses would be required to do something like this if any?
It would depend on if you want to be a hair stylist or just a braider. A hair stylist would need a cosmetology license. Also it would depend on the state you are in. If you only want to be a braider some states do not require a braiding license but is recommended.
