To be fair, Mega Blaziken with stall is ass, unlike Slow Start Mega Mewtwo X who has several ways of going around it's ability's drawback

@@kayramah2531 More Brave Bird is a bad move to use against a pokemon quad weak to Flying. 1/3 damage recoil basically would have always killed there

Wow Flygon HG is such a great nuzlocker I can’t believe he found Iron Hands’ long rumored preevolution, Makupikachu.
Shame he couldn’t crack the mystery of how it evolves but I’m sure my hero Garchomp FJ can pick up the slack there.
Pikachu being the first casualty is BEYOND fitting, considering even Game Freak creates bootleg copies of him every single generation.

Omg, I love them. Great concept, I was confused over the title, but it’s better than I could’ve imagined.
Follow up, I love this sort of randomized Pokémon style because of how many options it opens up. A poison Monferno is wild for instance.
I think it really stirs the pot and keeps content from burning out (not to say I don’t LOVE monolockes, I’m pretty obsessed with them).
It’s giving “Pokémon Too Many Types” energy. Which I’d say to do a run of, but that version is ridiculously challenging and the type table is atrocious.
It’s only something to try if you genuinely want to suffer. But it seems really fun for a casual play through.
Which, lengthy side note, I’d be down to watch more casual play throughs if it ever peeks your interest Dr. Flygon. For instance, Pokémon Legends Arceus wasn’t a very good game for Nuzlockes, but is still great and it’s just fun to hear your commentary and see your reactions.
I know there’s the Highlights channel videos, but maybe we could get it on the Main channel? The new Legends game in the future could be a cool Let’s Play.

In a video of so many banger sentences and visuals, somehow it's everytime 'FlugomGH' comes on screen that makes me laugh.
This is the funniest thing I've ever seen 😂 Never in my life would i have expected an Estonian Pokémon bootleg run. And the cherry on top is, of course, the battle against Diantha.
That was fantastic. From the idea to the hilarious burial scenes and the epic last battle with better CGI than any Marvel movie had in the last two years, loved it!

I still have half the video left to watch, and already I have two things I have to say:
1. I am in literal awe of that ad segue. My jaw dropped and I instantly said, "That is fucking hysterical." Incredible work.

Two slightly connected ideas but a nuzlocke where all of the Pokemon are terrible (as in, no IVs, can't gain EVs) or where only the 50% slowest Pokemon can be caught would be interesting.

You should do a nuzlocke where you get a bunch of random abilities, and before getting each encounter you pick an ability that it will get given.
This was definitely my favorite reenactment of the final fight against Diantha. You really put those cute little atrocities to good use!
suggestion: encounters chosen entirely by people you know who are completely ignorant about Pokemon. they don't know typings, stats, moves, even names of anything beyond Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charizard, etc. You just show them a set of the available Pokemon in a particular game, and ask them to select a few. using whatever criteria they want. you do not tell them this is for a challenge or that you're looking for strong Pokemon to be chosen. the Pokemon's nickname in the challenge will also be decided by the person who selected them.
This is such a great concept, love how the channel's been exploring creative themes like this for new runs

Amazing. Beautiful. Nothing short of superb. The fact that it's a Kalos playthrough means we get to see the figurines directly in action, too.
My only nitpick is that Slow Start is pretty unbalanced on a Pokemon with Protect and Recover (Regigigas has neither) as well as a legendary's mega stats. To keep things fair, I would only use him while Slow Start is active, not the other way around.
But honestly? THIS WAS AMAZING. Definitely one of the most fun I've had watching your content (and I've watched literally all of it), if not THE most fun. Definitely consider doing more of this in the future if there's an opportunity.

The Torchic with a Blazikenite in X and Y as a Mystery Gift, meaning if you grabbed a Water+Grass starter, you practically had all 3 starter types covered before the second gym.
Also there is another Mystery Gift in the form of a Garchomp with a Garchompite.

You should do a run where you can ONLY use stab moves. If you use set up or non damaging moves, they have to be stab too (only normal types can use swords dance, etc.) I think it would be an interesting challenge for team building because it’s so moveset dependent.
