Hey guys it’s Kae and Livy ❤️‼️ I’m writing this to let you guys know that without your help this new home plan is absolutely impossible. I promise to God that everything you guys send will be saved and going towards the first house we choose to build. We have been saving everything CZcams has given us but it’s still not enough. We don’t want to rent anything because it’s not worth it over the years.
Thanks once again!

I literally dislocated my hip dancing to this song. I was 15 years old. If I was to repeat that dance today I would probably be in traction 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I bet you'd rock it.....a couple extra strength Tylenols you'll be right as the mail.
OMG that's funny 🤣🤣🤣🤣
omg your too funny and adorable !! I was in traction both legs from a car accident ! I would dance on one leg thuogh because I love Agnetha my eyes go right to her she is so gorgeous I cant descrube it = perfection
Because you danced a bit too early. Got to dance at 17 years old 😅
Broke up for 40 years ago and still selling 2 millions records every year. WOW 🎶❤️❤️❤️❤️
Weren't they like the biggest band in Europe after the Beatles for awhile?
@@boki1693 They wheren´t the biggest band in europe, but the biggest from europe and in their prime the most successful band worldwide. Forbes magazine estimated they sold about 385mio. albums.
They’ve just reunited and put out a new album.
My niece played this during her wedding reception, EVERYONE danced! Young and old.....feeling eternally 17 and dancing queen! 😻🎶
This song has been the no.1 100% guarantee go-to wedding reception floor-filler in the UK for decades now. It's pure genius.
Their biggest hit during the disco era
ABBA's biggest U.S. Hit.
Last song for pretty much every wedding DJ in the UK
What a joyful song and wonderful reaction! Thanks lovelies! 💯💯💯
When asked in an interview what her favorite song was that the band did, Anni-Frid Lyngstad (The dark haired girl) said "Dancing Queen" was her favorite! She basically said it was just a fun, uplifting song to do with a positive vibe.
She also said she almost cried of joy when she first heard the beat and melody together, at home, before she did any of the vocals.
Regardless of their Pop rep... this song was actually DANCEABLE! Real deal: ABBA was the isht in their time.
They're still da isht. Timeless music for all ages
Well, it *was* a mix of pop, schlager, folk, rock&roll, funk, disco and even classical. But isn't most of their upbeat songs pretty danceable? (Such as Angeleyes, Another Town Another Train, As Good As New, Does Your Mother Know, Gimme! Gimme!, He Is Your Brother, Head Over Heels, Hole In Your Soul, I Do, I Do, I Do, If It Wasn't For The Nights, Kisses Of Fire, Lay All Your Love On Me, Lovers live A Little Longer, Mamma Mia, Man In The Middle, Me And I, Nina, Pretty Ballerina, On And On, People Need Love, Ring Ring, So Long, Summer Night City, Super Trouper, Take A Chance On Me, That's Me, The King Has Lost His Crown, The Name Of The Game, The Visitors, Tiger, Tropical Loveland, Voulez vous, When I Kissed The Teacher, Why Did It Have To Be Me, etc.)
@@herrbonk3635 I wrote DANCEABLE (& stand by this comment), bc it was music fit for the dances of that period, namely: The Hustle, The Freak (popular in the NYC area) & The Bump which were current during the song's release. But thanks for the Abba education.
@@moanman1776 Ok then... DANCEABLE obviously means something almost entirely different than what I though, or assumed. English is not my language, as you probably understand.
@@herrbonk3635 No problem. Only wish I spoke/wrote/communicated in a language other than my own as clearly as your attempt. No harm. No foul. Have a Blessed day/evening.
One of the greatest songs. Ever. And possibly the first song I can really remember, as a (then) five year old child.
Jive is a dance!
I remember dancing in the bars to this....and disco
There's something that brings a tear to my eyes when I those beautiful voices together. They sound like angels. And that music just plays my emotions like a guitar . It was a simpler time when shaking your butt was all that mattered and dancing the night away. I could be having the worst day ever and this song just lifts me back up. Music at its best: just a small band rocking the night away with no CGI or digitally altered voices.
100% man
They are back and releasing new music this year! One of their talents/tricks was writing up-beat songs in a minor key when no-one else was!
Y'all need to react to Donna Summer - I Feel Love! WHO'S WITH ME?!
Donna Summer "Hot Stuff" 🥰
Me me! I love Donna Summer. The ultimate disco queen. Last Dance, I Feel Love, MacArthur's Park, She Work Hard for the Money; etc! All her songs were awesome🤗👍🏾🙆🏾♀️🎶❤
@@sabrinamarkos7099 Donna.Summer was the Queen of Disco... love love love her 🥰
@@liviakelly5691yesss! We spent many disco nights dancing to her music. One year I saw her 3 times in concert.
Donna summer last dance
One of the biggest hits of all time!
“Fernando” and “Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie” are two there great songs by Abba. Honestly, it’s pretty impossible to find a bad Abba song, lol
Just might be the greatest pop song ever written!
ABBA sang so many types of songs, with so many styles... they were, and always will be... a-freaking-mazing!!!!!!! Waterloo is my all time favorite of theirs.
How do you fill the dance floor in the 🇬🇧?
Simple, play “dancing queen” and the floor will be full of people dancing and singing, not just sing the chorus but the full song 🎶🎵
When i was a teen, (477yrs ago), I did not think much about ABBA, Boney M, etc... But I love the love they have been getting lately!
Dancing Queen is great for dancing. Another Abba song great for dancing is 'Does Your Mother know".
Was a dance first, then form of slang. JIVE:
1. a lively style of dance popular especially in the 1940s and 1950s, performed to swing music or rock and roll.
2. a form of slang associated with black American jazz musicians.
Jive is still a standard ballroom dance, danceable to a lot of pop/rock music.
czcams.com/video/LMilE769YY8/video.html
Everyone doing dancing lessons in Europe (ie lots of 14yo all over central Europe and Scandinavia) learns it, even in the 2020s
Note: white European Swedes of the 1980s dont use American slang much ... ;)
@@positroll7870 It also referred to lying.
I think when New Year's Eve of 1999 happened they had a show, it might have been the Top 100 songs of the last Century? I don't remember, but I do remember they concluded that ABBA was the greatest musical act of the last Century, I think because they were genuine discovered talent and made so many hits after they were discovered?
There is a really fun "live" version of this song. It was the song's premiere and it was a celebration for the marriage of Sweden's young King Carl XVI Gustaf and his bride Silvia, the night before their wedding. ABBA was in costumes of the Swedish court (like the late 1700s or early 1800s) and they sang the song for the new Queen Silvia. This was in 1976. King Carl and Queen Silvia are still together, and their daughter Victoria is the Crown Princess who will become Queen. The "Dancing Queen" was Queen Silvia of Sweden.
Livy is Kae's Dancing Queen. Jive Dancing and Jive Talkin. LOL
They had a ton of hits, Supertrooper is right up there.
They are still one of the greatest bands ever!
Your faces tell the story!! Love it 😀 😍 ❤ ♥
thanks sabine
Hey. How's my Dancing Queen? XX
@@DeanBros czcams.com/video/MG4A_FJclyA/video.html&ab_channel=LondonRecordingsLondonRecordings
If they don't play this at your Homecoming Dance then your girls got robbed.
ABBA was unavoidable in the '70's. If you turned on the radio, you heard an ABBA song. They've taken a lot of flak for their Pop sound, but you just don't have that many hits and not have some good music sensibilities. Just like Blondie's "Heart of Glass," this song is from the disco era, and you can hear the influence in the music. This song brings back a lot of childhood memories, and you guys did a great job of reviewing it. Good Luck on the house!
Or you live in Australia, ABBA never went away here, we have entire generations raised on ABBA
S.O.S And knowing me knowing you. This is when music was still innocent
#1 hit song in the U.S.
"Chiquitita" by ABBA is also a great listen. I still have it on a 45 record, haha!!
Gotta love abit of ABBA x
Next up: "Fernando," then "Knowing Me, Knowing You"...
And then “Lay All Your Love On Me”
Welcome to ABBA, Now you´re falling in one of the biggest Rabbithole ever. Have a lot of Fun, just like me in 70´´ and 80´´. You´re just at the beginning. greets from Germany.
im dancing with u guys
LOL JOIN THE PARTY
Thanks for the ABBA. This was shot in the dark haired girl's (Frida) favourite club. She was known for wearing all the guy's there out and still wanting to dance more. When Benny took the backing track and lyric's home to her for 1st time she teared up.
Fun facts:😊
1) ABBA: stood for the first letter of each of the four people in the groups first names.
2) At the time they consisted of two married couples (blonde girl was married to the brunette guy, brunette girl was married to the blonde guy).
3) They didn't know English when they initially started singing these songs, but eventually learned.
4) There are two movies out that showcase just their music called "Mama Mia". You may want to check them out. 🙂
5) ABBA was one of the big groups back in the seventies and their songs are still popular today.
70's music and 80's dancing.....They are so amusing.
Love this!!!💜
Jive is basically another word for dance and it is a dance------- and Jive Talking -to say foolish, deceptive, or unserious things to (someone) He's jiving you. ♥
I love how thankful you guys are for all the donations! Stay humble as you get bigger and bigger.
The vibe is just happy
Lovely reaction .... this was such a massive hit & brings back wonderful memories for me! :)
Hey , yall, great reaction! ABBA has like , Idk, like 40 songs & they are ALL awesome! And I love the fact that younger folks are getting down with "disco" music. I feel sad for young folks nowadays, cu, all the current "music", just plain sucks! 🥰
Love this song, jive is term for swing, and rock n roll dancing, also for jazz, and talk rubbish, as in Jive Talking by the Bee Gees. Awesome reaction you were jiving lol, 😉🤗❤
love those two , they are listening to the music having fun
The ABBA-Masterpiece!! The girls are singing over 4 octaves? ! Genial.
So much fun ...... remember those days 😎👍🎶✔️

This hit No1 in almost every country on Earth no joke.
Arguably the greatest pop song ever written
Disco at its best. They were the biggest band of the 70s, of any type of music.
You guys are adorable. Love ABBA. Love you guys!
I believe that after recording this track and hearing it back the girls were in tears because they knew what a special song this was and just knew how big it would be. xx
Fab reaction as always xx
Im sure ,, It was a MONSTER Of a hit for the 1970s
i was young and sweet only 17 when this came out....happy days
Arguably the cutest couple around
There are several meanings to the word jive but the one they're talking about in this song is an actual name of a dance that originated in the 1950s and was associated with rock and roll music.
Keep on reacting to ABBA !!!
SOS next
The 1975 HD video 😍😍😍
This is there disco hit by Abba, they had many disco hits back then.
I hope you guys will listen to this song - and others -straight through without interruptions. It will make a big difference.

Jive back then was like what swag is today.

They would freak over "Lovers live a little longer" ABBA with a funky bass riff.
You youngsters have So much to learn if you o😂pen your minds ! You've heard the rest now hear the best . 😂
😂 They are so cute
Descriptive of The 70s killig it in EVERY Genre!
ABBA connects people all over the world. I am a proud Swedish guy. Love. Kärlek. :)
You seem like a lovely happy couple. Great to watch. Thanks.
Lizzy is the dancing queen tonight.
In the late seventies - ABBA was considered uncool - seen by your family members, not the cool kids. Fast forward into the future and every band in the world and critics agree they were icons, genius, with hits galore. True talents. "Jive" "Turkey" means lame nonsense -
My Mom bought me an ABBA album when I was 18 because she heard about their world wide success. I was into Punk then and never listened to it. Many years later I started listening to them and realized their brilliance They made me remember what those songs made me feel when ABBA songs dominated the airwaves.
Wasn't a big fan of 'Dancing queen' but I love Abba... wasn't their best song, but it was a mega-hit in 1976... It turned Abba from a popular group in 1975 to global pop superstars in 1976. Sadly, the pressure of stardom and their meteoric career ended both marriages in the group. Abba released their last album in 1981 and their last single in 1983. Their songs were the basis of "Mama Mia!" the musical movie (and Broadway show)
Thanks 💓 SO MUCH JEJE really good songs for.this moments
1977 WRIGHT HERE .... LOVE THE 70s . EPIC TIMES
A great reaction to a great song . Fantastic .
You have now dipped your toes in to the era of 70s pop and Disco.
it's amazing that the Swedes could, once upon a time, claim that this is rock music...lol.... peace
"Jive" goes way back many many decades. Started with the "Hep Cats" of the early jazz era when they used to tear up the dance floor.
Generally means talking the latest slang that is constantly evolving in pop culture
Awww you guys are jamming 💃.lol this song is 🔥
lol the camera perspective and edit just makes this hillarious
Damn your joy give me tears, in Sweden we had " schooldances" on Fridays in all its simplicity but we had so fun ...
Was like 10-11 when this one was going everywhere ❤️ 🕺
They’re legendary
Beutifull soulful smooth music from my time a better time in life to real instruments not computer ❤❤❤😊
It's like you guys make me feel....Young!
