Mad Respect, being a North Carolina Company! The Old North State is my Beloved Home and, as a SMB Owner, and Citizen, I try and utilise Local & NC SMB when possible. However, this video provides absolutely zero assistance regarding reattaching a previously installed unit, both anchored to the wall and the door. It will not "Pop In" as seen on this video. It seems like it won't "catch" if you get my meaning. Any suggestions?
