The Jews and the blue city? The jews have been there a lot longer than you’d think. I think there is a Synagogue in Tunis where there are plaques depicting Jewish history, back to the the time of the Hebrew slaves in Egypt….,

There were never any Hebrew slaves in Egypt. The Old Testament is just made up rubbish like all religious texts.

Omg finally someone uploading this, i want to do the same hike and record it, is there a way i can know the location
If you go to Chefchaouen and look up the hiking route to akchouar. You should go through the village of Asilane. I think there are only 2 routes up the mountain and both go the same way, so it should be easy to find I think

It took us 2 days. There is the option for another loop, that adds I think an extra 2 days. But we had had enough 😅
But be warned the routes are not very clear. Half of the time you are just basically walking through someones farm. You will need maps.me or something to navigate

Yes it wasn't the best time of year 😅 I would say even just from September on would be okay already.
Definitely the route gives you some nice views if you're looking for nature. But also it is not so wild, as there are many farms along the way.
But certainly I can recommend it if you go a less hot time of year 😅
