When a man sings this it sounds like the epic start to an adventure. When she sings it it sounds almost like a painful or regretful foretelling of what is to come or what would come to pass. It reminds me of the opening of Lord of the rings when the story of the rings is being told. It’s awesome. Vikings should use this version for the series finale.

i didnt know how bad i actually needed to hear this i was getting lost in non productive kinda self destructive thoughts this song is a motivator/reminder to never settle its rhythm is like a meditation it helped clear those thoughts thanks for that.
