    Incredible craftsmanship. I was also entertained by your versatile use of that box cutter...

    I did the exact same thing! I figured the aluminum is smooth enough and won’t adhere without a release agent. Lol

    will you be making any more of these obstacles?

      Hi Ben! I hope to. I’ve deciding mixing/sanding concrete in my small apartment kitchen may not be the best choice for my long-term health 😅 so I’m pausing for awhile. I hope to make more in the future. Follow me on IG to find out when I drop more objects.

    how strong is this material? because I want to make a mold that can be pressed, please help me

    • @bountyarchive
      @bountyarchive  Před 6 měsíci

      Hello! The material is very strong in that it will not break or separate. Though if you are pressing it, it is flexible and may bend, changing the shape of the final casting. Do you know roughly how much pressure you will be exerting on the mold? The smooth-on website has technical specs for all of the materials that may be helpful.

    Can you use silicone to mold concrete objects though?

    hey how many orders of the vytaflex did you use? Is one package enough?

    • @bountyarchive
      @bountyarchive  Před rokem

      Hi, I used two orders. One order is 2 pints (one pint part A and one pint part B). You should measure the volume of whatever mold you intend to fill, and determine if 2 pints is enough or if you will need more. Make sense?

    very cool, quick question, how many of these roughly have you managed to actually sell from your site?

    • @bountyarchive
      @bountyarchive  Před 9 měsíci

      Hi! Maybe about 15. Making them in my small apartment became complicated with all of the cement dust for sanding.

    Incredible video! Been looking for something like this for a while now. Can I ask where you were able to purchase the Vytaflex 40 from. Seems a bit hard to find🤔 I see 00-35 fast and there is a Vytaflex 20 as well on Amazon just curious if that would work?

      I’m glad you found the video to be helpful! I found Vita flex 40 online at Reynold Advanced Materials.

    This is the video I was looking for thank you. Did you spray the AMAZING MOLD RELEASE on the mold before you poured the cement in it?

    • @bountyarchive
      @bountyarchive  Před rokem

      I should have sprayed! I did not and it hard to get the mold off. Next time I will for sure.
