    Good review , thanks.
I own this watch and can tell you the ups and downs of it. The good is that it is an Oris aquis and I adore them. It's bold and beautiful, pleasing to the eye and amazing wrist presence. well built, nice movement. A great package. The glowing bezel is a great idea.
The downs a very few, I think the luminescence on the minutes ring over powers the hands at night making it a little challenging to actually read the time, especially at the top end of the dial which is disappointing considering it is a diver and supposed to be seen 100s of metres under water. The hands themselves should have a stronger glow, an issue that has been addressed in the post 2017 aquis models but still not great. The other small issue is that at 18.5 mm in height, it does tend to flop around a bit on the wrist struggling with its centre of gravity. The small seconds is at 16mm, the aquis date is around 14mm and they do sit on the wrist with more balance and poise. I know this as I own all of them. The vajoux in the chronograph does weigh in at 30 grams more than the aquis small seconds. If its the striking presence and exuberance of the chronograph you want than this is the piece for you. If it's simplicity, practicality and comfort you need, then buy the small seconds or the date. Either way you can't go wrong, aquis is best.
