Dimitrov has a very high risk game, its far from a simple game. You have to be on point all the time to get the most out of his game, high margin of error. And he doesnt have the mental fortitude to play like that often enough. BUT when it does work out, man is it fun and beautiful to watch.

I would agree that Dimitrov is a player with style. However, it entails much more than that to prevail among all the brilliant ATP players. He certainly possesses the talent to become one of the greats, but it would only be possible if he had constantly motivated himself and faced every adversity with tenacity and grit.

Dimitrov plays his best when he plays aggressive to dictate points
    but for the most part,
he is too reactive in points and too reliant on his physical abilities to be a consistent top player
now that he's getting older, he can't expect to get back to the top rankings without making some adjustments

Seriously, had Dimitrov had been 5 or even 10 years older than Fed, he would've been the one we'd have called the mould from which Federer was shaped from yet more refined than the older model. I see some say he's Federer's heir to the grace, style, and luck of play, but I think he's too long in the tooth now without any serious wins to his name in terms of ATP 1000 or Slams.
