I still think the skybox on that new tileset is just bonkers insane. DE always nails it with their skyboxes but wow... they nailed it.

Gas is not dead. Go check out Mrwarframeguy’s videos. He regularly uses gas to break the game. Off the top of my head his Corufell video exclusively uses a gas build.
@FilmAcolyteReturns you literally have to "invent the bike" to make it viable. For a "usual" aka normal players, gas sucks, and they have no reason to pick it over viral, corrosive, heat or even damn electricity that don't have a cap of 10.
The fact that after all this time, The Man in The Wall is still so mysterious. They really know how to keep things interesting.
Unlike Destiny 2. All they care about is money and not the story nor the customers.

idk what you are talkling about, its just rince and repeat, another tileset, another frame, another weapon, rince and repeat, rince and repeat, true innovation is hardly ever presented, they need to get out of their comfort zone and push some tech for real.
like here is something simple, stop relying on the eternal same warframe skeleton, start making some actual size differences between frames and give us a frame with 4 functioning arms or spider legs or a staketail like a gorgon, something that actually requires them to re-rig the animation, something that is more ten just a skinjob....
@@Decenium I agree of course, from a long-time player's perspective, but we need to look at how game development works. Warframe is a working formula - taking big advancements and creative risks might not only turn into a buck for the company, but also in a potential loss of the existing audience of the game due to discontent from these experiments. Mostly, I was just talking about good production, good sound design, writing team dedication, and a commitment to a live service PVE game after 10 years of support. I am happy that unlike some other long running games we are not getting intrusive and game breaking monetization. If you are unhappy with what warfame has to offer content-wise, then youve probably are in the late game and theres just not too many things that can surprise you, which is fine, but I have a few friends that came back after not playing for 2-3 years and, trust me, they were astonished by how much the story has progressed and how much new content has appeared. Unfortunately warframe is a game that due to its nature causes burnout. Maybe its just time for a break.

@@DeceniumWhat are you talking about they just released Duviri earlier this year. They also did Kahl missions in 2022. While not a totally different experience they also did Railjack. All 3 of those are different and changed up the way you play Warframe (some more than others).

But at least the weapons are randomised.

Ive just casually been searching for warframe on youtube after not playing for a long time and wanting to see whats new. Then I saw that this trailer was just uploaded 1 hour ago. Huge respect to the devs for still working on this game! Looks like I have to check out warframe again

I’m really suspecting Tau was never real or something, and the Sentients somehow were in contact with MITW , but they call it Tau because they don’t know it’s not real
Best part of the trailer? The fact that they have used versions of the original frames and equipment and the new tilesets and enemies. Mag, Volt, Trinity with Soma, Glaive, Boltor against Murmurs, Necromechs and potentially Wally himself.

It's just aboultely bonkers to see how this game evolved over the time. It has it's ups and downs, but to see that they came from a simple corridor shooter with 2 levels to this, was really something special to witness and I'm happy to be the part of.
Very curious how this will push the story forward. Excited too!

just gonna come out and say it, Thank you Publishers for thinking Ninja in space was too risky and choosing not to back the DE team.. you saved Warframe from being a corpo shill game like D2 and D4, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving DE the thumbs down and forcing them to make the choice to self publish , 10 years later going stronger than ever with a loving dedicated fanbase, with 0 pay to win, no battle pass costing real money, Premium currency that can be traded between players, just wow.. DE you're a gem of a company.

This game will always evolve and get better. If you think about it, this game has been technically going on, in one form or another, since 2008 when Dark Sector came out, back when they weren't allowed to fully realize their concept because they weren't allowed to make their game space based science fiction. Then Warframe sprung up from that, when they finally could go space based sci-fy, and now with the 1999 expansion they're adding, it will complete a circle, by giving us the version of Dark Sector they wanted to give us back in 2008 but weren't allowed. I'm super excited for that. I did love Dark Sector, and that lead me to playing Warframe , so to finally get the real version of Dark Sector, is just amazing.

Enjoying a lot of this update. This is what we need for Warframe. Addition to the CORE gameplay loop. I like the fact we have more places inside the "open hub". like having a special tilesets like before (randomised) for a special faction. Would be nice to have huge caves like this in fortuna or floors with the unum tower.

I love the powdered gold blending into “doll” limbs (with piping and trim aesthetic) of duviri, I really hope we get more in game like that, warframe skins especially (and yes I’d pay).
That explosion of view into the (upside down?) visual plane looked neat as well, I just hope the landscape is better utilised than previous open worlds (presuming it’s an open world), i know it’s a multi platform game but the bounty phases really could use some more variety in terms of location, usage of the best looking map features (good example being the mountain top antenna?defence in plains of eidolon, that phase is great). That’s presuming it’s an open world ofc.

DE: yes
I started playing warframe a few years ago on switch. Even with low frame rate and lower graphics, I was astounded and speechless by the game content that I was delivered by this amazing team. And I was even more surprised that this game was a completely free to play with truly manageable grind-system that isn’t overwhelmingly grind heavy, but again, manageable. So much that it made my broke-ass open up my wallet and paid for a package because they deserve it. And the game team always communicates with community and improves.
Story telling is beautiful, game mechanics are so fun to tinker with, gameplay is a fantastic mixture of whichever fighting style you can choose out of endless options, a true master piece and a hidden gem for those who never played this game.
I have started to play the game again from beginning on xbox and it’s even better than the first time. I’m so excited for cross save to get my voidrig and my other prime warframes.
I doubt it but DE, I hope my pure appreciation of your work can reach you guys. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m in love with this game.

Go look at the 1999 trailer. It has a lot more depth, and the fact that it is featured here makes me wonder if that was all part of the same quest, and 1999 will be an extension of Whispers.
