I’ve watched a lot of grooming vids, this is the most delicate process I’ve seen ❤
Thank you so much for your kind words and for watching us..we appreciate you
A real gentle-man
@@pinkdeckenergy thank you so much for your kind words
Yes, I agree, most other groomers, are very rough with the dogs.
Love how open you are about why her ears got mats.
You are so gentle and sweet with her. Amazing qualities to have. Loved when you loosened the noose. And, yes, it helped me. We have a new addition to fur-family .. a 1 year toy poodle. I'm very experienced with some other breeds grooming (show grooms) but not a poodle. I'm soaking this up. I trust very few people to leave my dogs to be groomed by, seen too much roughness when owners are not watching. I'd trust you!!!
Hope you heal fast from your surgery 🙏! Happy Easter weekend! Jesus saves!!! ❤
Thank you so much for your kind words..God Bless you,and your family..
I just watched a groomer do this and the dog yelped in pain. I had to turn from that channel. Thank you for being so caring.
Thank you so much for your kind comment and for watching us. We appreciate you
💯% agree with you! I really use Rudy as my 'go to' resource. So thankful I discovered him quite a while ago. Very helpful! 👍
@@kimbo500 This is such a nice thoughtful comment..It makes me so happy to know that I can be your go to..We appreciate you..
I know who you are talking about. Dogs do yelp. She had an assistant that did the ears quick and dogs did not yelp.
@GroomingByRudy I can guess who that groomer is. I unsubbed after watching them twist the haemostats and pull so hard the dog screamed 😢 If my baby needed her ears plugged I'd trust you with her 💯💯💯💯
It's great to see you back Rudy. I've prayed for you regularly since you told us of your upcoming surgery. I hope all went well and that you'll be back to fulltime grooming soon. I learn something new with each of your videos and I thank you very much for your weekly posts!
Thank you so much for your prayers, that means the world to me..Thank you for your kind words and for watching, and supporting us. I really missed all the dogs, and I'm so happy to be grooming again. God Bless you..
@@GroomingByRudy God Bless you too as you care for the dogs and teach us how to care for ours.
@@user-dg6jy3ff2w Ditto!! He really cares that we understand how to care for our dogs. He's such a treasured resource to me!

Thank you so much for your kind words..I appreciate you

loved this, great groomers like yourself help me to learn and be a better furmama. youre so kind, gentle, and logical about it all. bless you Rudy 🙏🏻😊✨️
Thank you so much for your kind words and for watching us. We appreciate you..
You do such an amazing job😍❤️! Nice work and video👍!
Thank you so much FanArts. We love your channel..Best Artist ever..
You did such a fabulous job!!! Thank you so much for doing this step by step. The groomers I take my Zoe (7.5lb 13 year old toy poodle) to will not take the hair out of her ears because she tries to bite them. So I am working on it at home. I had an amazing groomer for years but had to search for another one because she cut her hours to nearly half. She has a grooming appointment this coming Saturday and I am praying she will be the groomer we stay with permanently. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I hope it all goes well..Thank you for your kind words, and for watching us..
I just was doing my Yorki Poo's ears, and thought I remembered seeing a notification for this video!! I finally viewed it! 👍 I have been so lucky not to have any matts, but I think I should probably just tidy things up a bit more frequently than I have been. I'm relieved to see I'm doing things right.....I absolutely cringe at seeing people do the crazy hemostat yanking! Thanks Rudy, I appreciate you posting this! 😊
Great job! I love the way you work them out instead of yanking them!❤
@@GodsChildTM thank you so much for noticing..We appreciate you
Kudos to her human for bringing her into you for help! ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for your kind comment and support..We appreciate you..
Your an angel ! You are so patient and gentle and I cringe when they yank that ear hair out and we know we wouldn’t want our own ears tanked like that!
Thank you so much for your kind words..I appreciate you
Good job! :) The ears look great. My havanese used to let me pluck his ear hair, but not anymore. So now I just cut it with scissors. (he doesnt have much hair anyways). I always make sure the ears look good and has no matts.
Don't forget to 'Like' the video as its the best way to support the channel and show love to the puppers who make these videos possible !❤
Il est très beau et super gentil
Merci a vous
good job 😮❤
Thank you so much for your kind comment and for watching us
WOW! I was just thinking “I know those vets looked at me like I was crazy when I called hemostats forceps” You just saying you call them forceps also just made me feel better.
Lol..I always get crap for saying forceps..
THANK YOU FOR SHARING THESE VIDEOS WITH US, WE LEARN SO MUCH 👍🏾🙏🏽
MY DOG BITES ME FOR LESS 😅
Elle est très adorable
Thank you so much for your kind comments, and for watching us. We appreciate you..
thanks for pointing out that its cruel using the hemostats that way, i had no idea, and also have a poodle mix who's ears are difficult to clean
Thank you so much for your kind comment..
I'm getting a baby Cocker Spaniel. My first long haired baby. I have so much to learn and im so glad I've found your channel. You're amazing at explaining and so patient with the dogs.
I have 2 questions, if you have time.
1) How old should she be when i start introducing her to the groomer?
2) How can i prevent ear mats between grooming sessions?
Thank you so much for your kind comment..You should start groomings as early as 3 to 4 months, and using a Slicker brush to brush the ears, and body as well twice a week...Good luck with your new puppy..Cocker Spanial puppies are adorable..
Thank you so much for replying back to me and so quickly as well. My mind might be able to rest a litte easier now. The excitement from knowing she will be coming home on the first has my mind in overdrive lol. She is absolutely adorable, perfect in every way.
@@patiencebrooke6908 Congrats on your new family member! Just wanted to share, my most recent dog is a 7# YorkiPoo. Almost all of my previous dogs have been larger dogs (Golden Retrievers and Rough Collie). It was daunting when I got the Yorki Poo, caring for her was so different. Not problematic or hard, just different. Rudy's videos have helped me out a lot. I watched several of them while I was waiting for my little one, and even once she arrived (during those frequent naps!). It was really helpful to have a little 'heads up' on things. Touch those little paws, ears and even introduce a toothbrush from the start frequently (if you have a puppy friendly toothpaste, otherwise just water), and it will really help your grooming sessions down the road. Have fun and ENJOY!! 😘 🐶
Wouldn't it be better to do nip away at it. I've seen some some horrible things. I cry when I nip my dog's nail to close and it bleeds. I run around because I forget to get the stuff ready to stop the bleedIng. Styptic or corn starch w/baking soda.
Is there anything a dog owner could do to help or prevent the build up hair?? 😢😢
I just did my dog's ears for the first time. He has a large mat with wax buildup in his right ear. I got the whole mat out; now you can see the inside of his ear. Now I have to work on his left ear. There's hair but not matted like the right ear was.
@@vcancer so happy to hear that you are working on it,and it helping him..
A groomer told me to twist the mats and gently pull. Like magic.
❤❤❤

Pauvre loulou
Lumps and bumps video please.
For sure..Thank you so much for watching us
Terminas antes con polvos y uñas tijeras les das vuelta y tiras
This dog is very used to being groomed which includes plucking the ears
First Groomer to say use a LITTLE powder??? 😮 The inner ear is very sensitive....smh
I 'vre watched various videos of groomers cleaning dogs ears. You seem to be the most caucious groomer ever. The dog has not shown that you were hurting it. Good grief
