Rotation is based on Ryan's pre-soto bench ( • power sword weaver 43.... ), but with a few tweaks due to the introduction of fireworks relic.
In this particular pull, I could have used my second weave self before flame uprising, but with worse RNG, the golem doesn't die from twin strike, in which case it is better to be able to complete weave self such that you can use shearing edge to finish the golem off. The single earth auto attack during the second weave self should have been the final attack in the fire chain which lost me some DPS.
It is also worth noting that the rotation with a longer weave self ( • preliminary sw/d pweav... ) has a higher second number and should be played in favour of this one in medium-length phases. However, this rotation is preferred on CC-heavy fights (eg. slothasor and samarog) because your CC in air attunement aligns better with the CC phases. Additionally, in most situations where you would want to do the other rotation, warhorn offhand performs much better.

my favorite rotation, wish it was top dps again lmao, not a bad number but obviously outshined completely by most other power builds currently, still not a bad opener and end number

how much crit this build require?
is it 50% 60% in order to have 100% crit chance

You get 15% from superior elements, 5% from zephyr's speed and 25% from fury, so you only need 55% from gear to crit cap. With full berserker's stats, which I'm running in the video, you get 63%, so you can swap out some pieces to dragon's stats for more survivability as long as you stay at/above 55% for a very minor dps loss. (I'm assuming this is why you asked the question).

Did they nerfed weaver at some point? I have the exact same build with snowcrows only diff is I'm using dagger (only have 1 infusion) I'm executing the rotation perfectly but I'm down 10k dps. My peak while during weave self is even 38k dps at most. How can I figure out what is the problem?

The build is unchanged, the best thing you can do is compare my log to yours and see where your skill usage/speed differs
