  • I made Tom Brown and thought I show you how.
Here are the measurements (Specific to Nigerian Markets) and quantities I used:
    1 mudu of Yellow Corn
    1 mudu of Guinea Corn
    Half mudu of Millet
    Half mudu of Soya Beans
    2 Cups of Groundnuts
    A Handful of dried Ginger
However, 1 mudu is about 6 standard measuring cups.
IMO, this is truly the best Tom Brown Recipe and I hope you enjoy it too.

One sunny day is all it takes. But even if not, they will dry completely when you toast them. Keeping them wet for days can cause fungi to grow on them.

@osogieewanehi2512 I honestly can't say that I've experienced weight gain because of Tom Brown and that's mostly because I didn't wean my kids with it or anything like that. I just like it because it's nutritious and yummy 😋
