While I honor every being's right to express themselves as they see fit, I wish you wouldn't post videos of you violently hitting yourself in the head with a shovel. Not only does it promote self-harm, it is aggressively violent which is implicitly misogynist and patriarchal. My daughter was extremely traumatized by all the blood. Please help make the internet a safe space by removing this video, or at least post a trigger warning.
