The new look…as expected… I feel that the pre-headline opening sting should have the words “with Steve Lai” like the opening titles for the sake of consistency. And now, the voiceover at the beginning of the titles is gone.
It looks good, because I always remind myself of News Now or Verified Live😂(But seriously I really like this) But it is better because the intro is more Singapore focused, like WNA, which I appreciate. I never liked the globe branding if I am honest.
@@cruises_arendelle News Now’s and Verified Live’s titles breathes of laziness. Then again, the minimal use of animations can also be attributed to the fast pace of the 2023 shortened opening sequence.
The intro is...a bit okay. Already expected they going to show some Singapore location like World News America, just I missed the opening voiceover. It seems not right with this intro
I actually didn’t really like the voiceover. However, I find that if they ditch the voiceover, the shorter opening theme could have been used (this was used when Newsday was live from Taiwan due to elections). Plus, using a shorter opening theme will be in line with what the other London-based bulletins did.
