From September 2024, I will be a graduate student at the University of Glasgow, pursuing computer science. As I'm shifting from politics to computer science, I'm currently learning the basics to prepare myself. I started recording videos as my friend suggested it would help keep me motivated. It certainly does.
I am currently developing a web app as a personal project. Part of this endeavor involves writing test code to confirm the correct operation of all functions and validations. I've discovered a surprising enjoyment in this task, likely due to the abstract and analytical thinking it demands. Upon completing the deployment, I will spend more time in a library to delve into relevant books, preparing myself for the theoretical aspects.
My study sessions mainly involve math, databases, and algorithms. Given the amount of coding involved, you'll often see me typing on a computer.
When I study at home, I sit by the window overlooking the leafy woods and listen to the sounds of sparrows, nightingales, and crows.
