Many looked at MoP as a joke when it came out (and some still think it was), but for me it was probably the best expansion ever. fought undead and dragons since the beginning of wow, explored almost the same continent over and over again, ... when MoP came in, and a new continent with it, it felt good, that feeling of exploring a new land, discovering it's lore and environment, ... And MoP was exactly that. Also the lore of MoP is probably one of the best lore that the game offered.
It's just an opinion, WotLK as his best parts (Ulduar, ICC, the new continent, ...) and his worse part (PVP was ruled by Death Knight, Patch 3.2, ...). I'm not saying MoP is perfect, but for me it was my favorite moment in WoW
Among my favorites are MoP, WOTLK, and most recently Legion. I came into WoW during the pre expansion stuff for WOLTK. Parts of Cataclysm were good, like Hyjal and Vash'Jir, but Warlords of Draenor didn't do anything for me, except get my toons to level 100 as quickly as possible. WoW is my favorite game so far, and I hope they continue to improve on what they've already built.
I always loved mists of pandaria... The monks are a blast, pandaria is beautiful, and I love the story with the Sha and Garrosh. The raids are awesome, the mog sets, I mean c'mon, its probably one of the best expansions.
I noticed something fairly similar in the description and here is my ramble about it: After Cataclysm (sort of letdown after WotLK for many) many people, me included thought that Mists of Pandaria was going to be big cashgrab style of a sellout to the Chinese audience without any care of quality or catering for the veterans. Everyone remembers the outcry of "pandas were only a joke in WC3, kung-fu panda doesn't fit fantasy game about old gods and dragons". I was one of those people too, but kept playing because of the amazing folks in my guild. Sure the expansion had big problems at beginning like remember the amount of dailies you had to do or those hunters/warriors getting to gladiator title with nothing but one button binded. Even with all that + my bad prejudicement i started to like it more and more. I don't know the single cause for the change, but the godly soundtrack and beautiful visuals were definitely part of it.
lets be honest the outro is the best song :D
I agree! I love that track.

Also really love the new mounts in it, the cloud serpents are my favorite mount. So cool and epic!
Been waiting on this one for a long time! Best expansion for me!
What do you mean? I always knew MoP was the best expansion, after TbC
What a fucking great expansion this was. Hate people who shit talk it just because of pandas.
if bad soundtracks=bad expansion then all expansions were good
Legion is the best xpac, then comes MoP 😁
Really nice bro, thank you
Please make more of these xpac specific mixes!
Emily warlords of draenor next ;)
Lit
My favourite ingame music. I enjoy it on work, travel or ingame :)

I had the opposite experience. Started out liking it a lot, then near the end just got tired of doing timeless isle every day.
I do love that asian influences ;))
They just fit to WoW very well.
where is the way of monk?
"MoP was the worst expansion" LOL.
Yes it still is the worst expansion.
Yes, in your opinion. ^^
