And what happens if a visitor or tenant hurts themselves due to to damaged step ? Even if the tenats didnt report the damages to maintenance? Are the landlords responsible for any injuries to tenants or visitors? And cañ they be held liable for any injuries . Would that quality as a weak case ? And do apt with steps require rails in nyc building codes
Usually landlords and management just have to use reasonable care and not leave an apartment in an unsafe condition. Happy to answer all the questions in a video :)
Three months ago I was hit from behind from a propane truck. I was stopped because a truck was turning left in front of me, the propane truck was going 60 mph, and did not try to slow down. The car I was driving was a BMW z-4 sports car. The propane truck went over top of my car and destroyed my car. The propane truck turn over on its side. The driver was cited for causing g the accident. I WAS cutout of my car and was lifeflight to hospital. I was in a coma for three weeks. I had 6 broken ribs broken back damaged heart vain going into the heart. I had back surgery, fused t2 to t6, with rod put in the backbone, and lot of screws. I spent 47 day I the hospital and a week in rehab. I live in Oregon and I still doing g physical therapy, and am recovering . I do have a lawler.

you can choose to stay with the lawyer and go to his new firm or to stay with your current law firm & they will give you a new attorney

Yes some of the research may be available to nonlawyers but it can be cost prohibitive
