Harper City is the Capital City of Maryland county in Southeastern Liberia. it is located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Hoffman River, on the Cape Palmus.
As the former manager of the Liberia's social Cash program, I used to use an office space in the museum to do my job in that beautiful city. My team and I did a lot of great work there and in the southeastern region. Working in rural Liberia 🇱🇷 is one interesting thing to experience. Thanks for sharing!

Hmm interesting. As for I preferred Monsterrado. Even thou, I understand part of Monrovia is Monsterrado but there are parts of Monsterrado tht hasn’t been explore and could make a great modernized, technologically advanced city
You are doing a very good job for Liberia. Wether you are being paid or not, your work is considered a true love for your country. Keep up the wonderful work you are doing. When others are only running behind government jobs or saying all kinds of bad and lies about their own country, just to game favor or status from Western world. The western world where people are gun down, hajacked or kinaped every week or so. Where people sleep in the streets. While no one human being is sleeping in the streets of my country, Liberia. But, when these same people to Liberia, they enjoyed all the African foods, good entertainments and relaxations that they never have in the western world. Thank brother.

Harper city should serve as our new capital. Liberia is bigger than just Monrovia. The U.S., Nigeria, Brazil, South Africa, Egypt, and Ivory Coast all relocated their capitals. We can do the same , this will bring more development to our country. Monrovia can be the financial capital.

@gioboy9194 True, Monrovia was built as a settlement. The main issue is roads. The day we have good roads system, I believe a good amount of people will relocate out of Monrovia.
Lived here for two years,1968-1970, and miss Cape Palmas and the wonderful people of Maryland County.
Sad to say but the counties are cleaner than Monrovia. My mom can always tell me about Kepamos. Thanks so much for sharing with us 🙏🏽🙏🏽
