I watch many things of many countries so I forget to notice accents unless they suddenly change. For her, I didn't notice until it was pointed out by an interviewer. It sounded too consistent for me to notice, and that is from watching many Neil Blomkamp films.

seems like females are extremely comfortable with pete on his show as compared to other talk show hosts and theirs, most come off as a bit creepy and chauvinist pigs, where as pete is like the guy best friend they had in high school... so much better to watch, wish the show was still on

Yeh, I don't mean to sound judgey, although it's striking to me how much Pete comes off as the Gay Best Friend in direct ration to how hot the lady he's interviewing, whereas if Pete's interviewing a guy he doesn't have any "gay" affect..._seems to me, haven't heard them all admittedly_.

she sounds Australian, which I always thought sounded like English with a hint of American. Its funny some people lose their accents whilst others live in a country for years and it doesn't change. A lot people dont like 'Yanks" in places like the UK and aus so if she tried to adopt accent as a teen its not surprising
