- This shows some of the slides and the rapids at Center Parcs Longleat Forest. Sorry for the low light level at times but was filmed at night.
Filmed using a GoPro Hero 5.

Which centre park has the best outdoor Rapids ?
Usually people say either Longleat or Elveden . Personally it’s Longleat for me!
Hi mate i have a go pro hero 5 what are the rules on filming i have used a small handheld before is it different for a mounted go pro thanks for any help.
Hi, My GoPro was handheld while filming these clips but I didn't see anyone using any mounts while I was there. A lot of other people were using handheld fittings though and CP seemed fine with that.

Going underwater a lot is scaring me. Is that the current dragging you under? Do you have a ring to sit on?
That is more my camera work than the current! There are a couple of sections where you can feel a current but I would not be scared. No flotation devices are allowed and from my experience they are not needed. Hope this helps :)
@@travelguyuk thank you so much for the reassurance, I was literally frozen to the spot watching the vid (no exaggeration, nausea as well). My swimming effort is worse than a doggy paddle and I really don’t like deep water. As long as I can touch the bottom with my head above water, I’m good. Are the pools at the bottom of the slides shallow too? Not 8’ plunge pools.
May sound random but would you say non swimmers could use the rapids ?
The rapids have some strong currents in places (After both slides and at the end) and is deeper in places. I would advise that if you cannot swim at all then do not use the rapids. If you can swim a bit or even a little then I think that would be fine :)
Sam Akhurst thank you for your replay I can't swim but maybe I'll take the kids woggle float to float on in the deep bits xx
@@jadeee2683 just swim
@@adamtel9105 haha I went down the rapids and nearly drown 😂 my partner saved me lol so I can now answer my own question… no I don’t recommend non swimmers use the rapids lol
