  • Let's print on some organizers so you can see how to achieve full coverage printing while preventing overspray.
    I'm printing on the Roland BD-8 Desktop UV Printer. I'm printing directly onto the object. There's no paint, no sublimation, no vinyl cutting!

    The BD-8 is a mini UV printer from Roland's VersaSTUDIO line. It's a great size for home based businesses, startup brands, or small retail shops. It can can print on tons of things like phone cases, laser cut acrylic, wooden coasters, and more - we're just getting started here :)

    5:14 It looks like you have a few white overspray on the transparent cover, try to clean the items before you print to remove static from the items. I usually use isopropyil alcohol or you can use other anti static cleaner then wipe it dry before print.
    Also I recommend to fill the box with black cloth or any dark colored items/cover to minimize the UV lamp reflection to the print head to make the print head lifespan longer.
