Nice job mate, don't forget the bolt in the centre of the crankshaft pulley.
Apparently there isn't one on the F135-F155
I'm hesitant about saying anything because I don't want to be one of those guys, but I think this is important. Before torquing the timing gear bolts down, you are supposed to put on the crank shaft pulley /Harmonic balancer to center the cover. Then torque the bolts down. You will need to remove the CS pulley to torque them all down, but the cover will be centered properly. If anyone disagrees, please chime in

Looks great to me. I probably would have checked the clearances with plasti gauge though. Prime the engine and check the oil PSI before you mess around and put in back in the FJ. If the pressure is good then send it.

Yes, but if the clearance does not check out it's more time and more money. If money is an issue, do the best you can with what you have. These engines are very tough and well made. Treat the engine with the love that she deserves and she should still run just fine.
