Starting with version 4.7, Clorinde and Sigewinne are both 5-star characters; therefore, they will each receive their own banners. Knowing that Hoyoverse never releases two new 5-stars in the same phase, we can safely assume that both of these characters will get their banners in different phases. According to the latest information, Clorinde will have her banner in phase one, whereas Sigewinne will have hers in phase two. Regarding rerun banners, Wriothesley and Navia are expected to appear in 4.7. Wriothesley is expected to appear alongside Clorinde in phase one, whereas Navia is expected to appear in phase two alongside Sigewinne.
Hoyoverse has started to rerun Fontaine characters one by one. Neuvillette got his rerun in 4.5, Lyney is getting his rerun in 4.6, so Wriothesley should be the next to get a rerun in 4.7. However, I can't say the same thing for Navia. As I mentioned, only one character from Fontaine is getting a rerun in each patch at this point, so I don't think that Navia would get a rerun in 4.7, not when characters like Alhaitham, Shenhe and Nilou are still waiting in the line. Furina, too, hasn't received her first rerun yet, so I don't see Navia getting a rerun before her.
Alhaitham is the one character I think who could get a rerun in 4.7. At this point, we're already aware that Hoyoverse doesn't follow any specific rerun patterns, and Shenhe and Nilou can testify to that. Considering that Wanderer is getting a rerun in the second half of 4.6, I think Alhaitham has good chances of getting a rerun in the second phase of 4.7.
Moving on to the Chronicled Wish banner, version 4.7 might feature a Chronicled Wish banner, considering it's going to be a filler patch, and Liyue characters like Ganyu, Yelan, and possibly Childe or Hu tao are expected to appear on that banner. Additionally, 4.7 will be the only patch to feature a Chronicled Wish banner, and after that, the next Chronicled Wish banner will probably appear after version 5.2.
Regarding the 4.8 banners, at the moment, no new 5-star characters are expected to appear in version 4.8. Earlier last month, it was expected that Emilie would appear on the 4.8 banners, but later, they said that her data is now missing from the game's files, so she might not appear in 4.8. Therefore, I'm hoping version 4.8 will feature only rerun banners.
Third, according to info via White, Nilou, Wanderer, and Kirara will get their skins in version 4.8. Now, regarding the banners, Furina will definitely appear in 4.8 considering Hoyoverse is rerunning at least one Fontaine character in each patch, and Wriothesley and Furina are the only ones remaining before version 4.3. So yes, 4.8 will definitely feature Furina's rerun banner.
Moving on to the 5.0 banners, version 5.0 will release one new 5-star character and two new 4-star characters. Usually, the character who appeared in the Teyvat storyline preview trailer is a 5-star, except Ningguang and lynette of course, but according to recent rumors, Iansan might be a 4-star character, and a new female 5-star character will be released in version 5.0. This could be true, considering that Natlan will have more female 5-stars than male 5-stars, which isn't new to us.
As for the remaining three rerun banners, I'm guessing they would start the Archon rerun marathon again. Zhongli appeared in 3.0 and 4.0 respectively, so I'm hoping he would appear in 5.0 as well. That leaves us with the remaining two spots, and one of them might be filled by Navia. As for the last spot, it could be anyone, to be honest, but if I had to pick one character, I'd go with any of the limited 5-stars from the 4.5 chronicled wish banner.

Summer events tend to be my fav limited time events. I think the reason is it was my first MAJOR limited time event I participated in, so I have a fondness for it. I am actually hoping that like with 2.8 and 3.8, it'll help set up things for Natlan. For now I'll just quietly look forward to Dains' quest lol.
Side note, I just did the Remuria World quest and it's probably my current fav World Quest due to my love for music and being a sucker for anything connected to Grecian and Roman mythology and Atlantis. But yeah it was nice to fill in all of Fontaine lol. Definitely my fav region, exploration wise, but water levels were already a fav lol.

If you care about damage then go with arlechino blindly because she's up there with neuvillete right now.
But if you don't care about damage that much then based on the leaks I think chlorinde will also be a very good dps.

It's hard to say. We still don't know much about how this banner works. And Inazuma doesn't have any standard banner characters. So it's hard to say rn
Kazuha has already gotten more than 3 reruns + he is not an archon. So yea he'll definitely be in chronicled banner 100%.
As for when Inazuma chronicled banner comes that's hard to guess 😅

If Furina is not on 4.7 I will pull so hard on Chlorinde Weapon banner, it will be stacked. The sword will probably be broken and if Wriothesley is with her the catalyst is also broken as well. I lost 50/50 on Ittos claymore so I should get one. I can probably get enough primos for my guaranteed Furina anyways because of how long she is taking and I might have Chlorinde weapon for her rerun.

I'm so sorry to say, but the weapon banner doesn't work like that.
If you lose and get a weapon you don't want, you get a fate point. In order to guarantee the weapon you want, you have to get 2 fate points (so you have to lose twice). And the kicker? Fate points don't transfer over to the next weapon banner, so even if you have 2 fate points when a weapon banner ends, you won't be guaranteed the weapon you want on the next weapon banner. :"3
Pity still transfers, though. So, if you have 2 fate points and are at 30 pity when the weapon banner ends, you'll still be at 30 pity on the next weapon banner, but you won't have the guarantee anymore. :"3

So I should be guaranteed to get as at least one of them next time I pull, It will be random but both characters signature weapons are good on that phase so idc which one I get (ok kinda want the sword more but wriothesley weapon is way too good to be mad about). Kinda forgot weapon banner was a 75-25 so my bad, now I am even more mad that I lost because I was fine with both chioris sword and Ittos claymore but instead got one of the most meh 5 stars in the game.

lemme help you, You don't pull Furina for "heal". But ur acc dps will jump so high if u have furina, she's that good. But for 5 stars healer, xianyun or kokomi is great. But I still suggest you to pull for furina if u don't have her yet, Barbara can be your healer for now or jean

Arlecchino is a better version of hu tao bro, wait until the last day of her banner and spend your wishes on her, her downtime is less than hu tao because you can reset her skill with her burst and her normal attacks infused reduce the cooldown of her skill

I hope that Furina is coming in 4.8 cause I quit the game for like a few months so I missed her banner 😞 I really hope Zhonglis rerun is sooner tho 😭 I need him so much!!! Also does anyone know when Venti might get a rerun?? I'm trying to collect all archons.
don’t think there’s been a mondstadt chara rerun in a while other than the chronicle wishes, the chances of venti rerunning is close to 0 until maybe the mondstadt expansion. I’m collecting all archons too, i took a 2 year hiatus actually after raiden, found out just in time nahida was released and logged in and rolled for her and got her, but i ended up missing furina so im out to get her atm,

If Furina isn't getting her re-run with Clorinde, it would make sense to have Navia with her and Wrio with Sigewinne ...Hoyo is getting weirder with re-runs.
