Idiot that's a parallel overtake. Horwah rajdhani might have gotten a speed restriction so it's not suprising. An icf train can parallel overtake a rajdhani if it's speed is 100 kmph and rajdhani 30 kmph. The main thing is when a rajdhani overtakes another rajdhani standing in a loop line
