My family had cockatiels when I was a teen, and our first male Cockatiel had a foot fetish, but only to MY foot! XD I honestly don't know why, he just loved going near my foot, leaning his head against it and making happy noises, before he tried to "Hump" it!
It's been years since he died from a cold, and I miss him still. He was a great family member. ^^
