I really liked this video and thought it was very helpful and eye opening! I was wondering if this concept of fake job postings also applies to when companies post jobs on their website or if this is only for those job board websites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)?

I've been doing a mix of applications and cold messages following your advice in previous videos. Your strategy is a great concept in theory but everything hinges on responses to your cold messages/social media presence. The reality is no one responds back and if they do, they'll very likely ghost you because they have busy schedules.
Law of large numbers! Most won't respond but at some point if you send enough messages, someone inevitably will!

Wow this is such a strategic approach!! One little question... is LinkedIn still, like, alive? As someone who doesn't use it much I apologize for my ignorance -- and maybe the answer is that it depends lol -- I mean, you talked about marketing yourself on a platform that you're familiar with / have a big presence in. I actively DM on Instagram, but that's pretty much it -- I use it for DMs with people close to me, and I haven't been generating too much content. So I'm not sure if you think that's a good way to reach out to people I don't know or send "celebrity DMs." So I guess this is a half-comment, half-question: I don't have LinkedIn, but am considering investing time in building a profile -- that is, if the work is worth the time; do you think LinkedIn is a good platform for the kind of outreach you're advocating for in this video? Thank you in advance for your time to read and/or respond to this 🥺 -- Just some girl who's confused :/

Or rather, obviously, how much time everyone can dedicate to sending DMs is different, but is there a number that you would recommend not going over per day? (Ie. to avoid burnout or stress or other reasons)
