It is a Cotswold manor house, and now a National Trust property located in the village of Snowshill, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom. It is a sixteenth-century country house, best known for its twentieth-century owner, Charles Paget Wade, who amassed an enormous collection of objects that interested him.

I have been there. He used the main house to display his collections and lived in a shed at the back of the property.
I have been here and a spoookier place there isn’t . I felt something at the door before entering knowing nothing of its history. I wrote about the experience and investigated the story further . And yes links to witchcraft were found and were moved to a museum.Also the story of a young woman from the villlage kept captive as the story goes her sadness can still be felt. On my way out which was as quick as I could I was asked by a steward about my visit .I replied that there was such sadness everywhere . The woman looked surprised and said nothing now I know why my comment resonated because I knew nothing of Snowshill Manors history before I made the comment.

But doesn't the fact that 'Snowshill Manor' is an English name, and the place is clearly old, give you a clue?
It needs to be de cluttered
