This was excellent! I have really loved the whole series this far. And to those worried about 6th house stuff being “heavy” - Don’t forget the 10th house is the 5th from the 6th. So the 10th would show the offspring/ creations/joys (5th house) from our toil (6th). To me that says what you humbly give on a daily basis reflects on your legacy! And when you said pets I thought “cause they never grow up and feed themselves “😂 so it’s a daily labor of love to care for them and it is routine! My doggie gets a walk 3x a day at my house.

Thank you for this. I never thought of how H10 is a joyful manifestation of what we do in H6. I always puzzled over why pets are delegated to H6, when it seems to me that they are more H5 in that they help us renew our spirit and reconnect to our inner child by engaging in playfulness. But your point is interesting.
Bravo! I have a stellium of 4 planets in the 6th house. My life has been heavily characterized by severe complex trauma and chaotic attachments, resulting Post Traumatic collapse, fragmentation and subsequent need to restructure and seek Self and rise from the ashes. The wounded healer motif is strong in my life narrative, as I overcome, learn to find healing within nature, herbs, reiki, Transpersonal psychology and Shamanic practices and research my own transformation. Then, gain training to offer these healing modalities to others and become a mentor and share wisdom gained with compassion for the suffering of all of humanity. I have toiled to obtain a doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology and build a sustainable life close to the land. Transformation seems like a life-long process as well as an ancestral process that ties together the past of inherited burdens and the hope for a better future for generations to come.

I had to comment again. I grew up in Bosnian war and as a child from a mixed (muslim/christian) marriage living in ethnic cleansed areas that only had one religion I felt like a fraud. Never belonging to either “side”. I had to hide it not only to “belong” but also to survive. He hit the nail on the head.
I have the ruler of the eight in the sixth house opposing saturn.

I perceive the 6th house as the “angel”house…serving others with divine humility is part of being present in love… when it is balanced healing abilities flow and manifest. Many of us are starseeds/angels and we are here to build a new paradigm … volunteering here to serve… perform our mission…we are transforming the qualities of all of these old paradigm definitions of these houses. You have choices on how you define yourself … are you defining yourself by your dis-ease? Or may this house offer an opportunity to embrace your wellness and where you are ascending ? 🙏😇🌟💫🌈🤗🥰
6th house stellium here. 5 planets and north node there. His description in the first 10mins is soooo spot on. I have goosebumps. The witch wound is something I’ve felt for a long time.

There are no planets in my sixth house. This helps understanding how my chart blends.

Well, this explains a lot about my own chart and how I'm currently revamping how I operate in my life. 4 planets in this house here. Technically speaking though, I don't see it as a negative thing for me but as my purpose - why others are drawn to me (for healing).
Where does the mental health START? I'd say with a healthy body. Keep in mind, most people are deficient in Magnesium (Dr Carolyn Dean wonderful research ) I used to like to show people healthier, fun ways of fixing their foods. I have Jupiter in Aries in the 6th. I liked helping people to SUCCEED in the kitchen 😎 steamer vs deep fryer etc, keep it simple.
So intrigued! That little bit about the blind angles in our vision in relation to the houses in our chart, the blind spots to/from 6th house... 🤯

Nuanced and wise guest. Amanda is also great as always. He made a deep and important point about transpersonal relating to generational and ancestry, which i believe. Vs the current idea of reincarnation which is taken as a given in evolutionary astrology. Many points in a chart will be seen in parents and grandparents charts which is good evidence for ancestry as being the more important and likely consideration when considering planets that have transpersonal qualities, esp Neptune, which has a multi-generational orbit.

I have a 6th house stellium with a Sun/Jupiter conjunction and Saturn with a wide orb in a night chart 😆. I so appreciate this interpretation❤️🙏🏽. And it’s accurate. I’ve had so many jobs lol. I’ve worked 20+ years in the nursing profession and am looking to branch out into alternative healing modalities. I Thank you Cameron for this candid interpretation 🙏🏽🙏🏽.

My sun sign is encased in the sixth house. It has been a life-long study for me.
Aries Sun on 6th house cusp, with Jupiter and Mercury in 6th. Also have my grad degree in Exercise Science, but work in Occupational Therapy. The body has ALWAYS been a focus in my life, but work as an End of Life doula in hospice too. Was always a weightlifter and worked out a lot, but can tell as I age (46), it's getting tougher to keep the weight off (thanks Jupiter! Lol). (my father, a Gemini and ruled by Mercury literally Hated overweight people too. Weaves together my Sun sign and Jupiter here in 6th). Grateful for the lineage awareness Cameron!
What an amazing and refreshing explenation. I have a 6 planets in the 6th and gemini asc scorpio sun, which is 6st from asc and mars in virgo! I have the heaviness of the 6th but also the handles how to handle it which helps to grow slow but steady and deep. Never felt negative to me, I accept my faith and people come to me to heal and I stay humble, I feel I am on earth for this reason 😊 chiron in the 12th

I went holistic, naturopathy, herbology as a young teenager. I have studied, taken many courses, workshops, etc. in alternate healing modules.
I resonated powerfully with this episode! 6th house virgo south node here. I freaking love how subjective astrology is because every time Amanda commented on the heaviness of the 6th house concepts - those things feel like my home address. They're comforting to be in that space. Being outside of work, or being of service, that's where my experience gets hard.
This is amazing - Lovely to hear Cameron mention Michael D Baker, evolutionary astrologer - love his work, found his book way more accessible that Jeff Wolfs Green's. My 6H cusp is actually the same in placidus & whole sign on this one & someones sun who I certainly have some 6H themes going on with falls into my 6H (their whole stellium if whole sign!) - however you 'cut the astrological cake' to quote Pam Gregory - it works! :0)

Cameron's information is by far the best so far from a person with a stellium in 6th house...being of service to others has made this easier and feeling less "serious"/heavy....also I have always had big dogs...lol; my daughter has her moon in Virgo in the 6th house and she is very concerned about eating healthy, exercising, visits the doctor frequently (they find nothing wrong) and a bit of a hypochondriac....just saying :)

With Pluto moving into Aquarius energy I think we have to embrace the new while taking traditional into account. Hellenistic astrology may end up not applying so well anymore by 2025. The restrictions got me to survive them, my father died when I was three then you are less when No father around. I grow up fast helping my mother.
Just now sick got Borelia last summer when sun passed through my 6:th house.
Yes find new ways but stop breath and take care of me! Always turn to natural health first.

As an Astrologer Herbalist and Nutritionist please do not self prescribe magnesium willy nilly. Too much Magnesium can cause same effects on our bodies as too little ie too much can cause nerve related issues. The best way to test for magnesium levels in the body is hair tissue analysis. Balance is the key. Btw also enjoying Cameron and his take on the 6th House :)

I worked in an office for a small period of my life and I hated it. I felt tied down almost like I was chained to a desk. Wow. I have 6th house Pisces, Sun, moon, mercury. Sun in 5th (Placidus). And Pallas Athens 29 degrees Pisces. This is crazy….. I felt this right off the bat with anxiety. He delivered it perfectly! Yet my part of fortune is in my 12th, Virgo. Total mind f*ck being a Libra rising, plus everything else in opposition! I love the part about mutable sign on the 6th….. SO accurate! Every video I scribble like mad on my own chart and its now full of so much great information after only a few weeks! I really loved that Cameron said he lived his daily life by the astrology. Now that I understand so much more, all self taught this past year, I was beginning to worry that I was using astrology TOO much or had perhaps become a little obsessed. In placidus house system i have 6 planets in the 6th house Scorpio/ saggitarius. The 6th/12th house axis is about service in faith. The ruler of the 6th is in the 5th house in libra. 2 of the planets in the 6th are in a grand fire 🔥 trine to the moon and jupiter.

I assume this all applies to progressed planets as well?
My sixth house is large with intercepted Taurus, and natally has only Nth Node 27Tau. But I also have progressed Sun, Mars and Mercury, plus transiting Uranus… so Mars rules my 6th cusp.
This all has manifested physically in firstly some deep healing, then 4 years study of the alternative bodywork method that helped me. The year after I qualified (4yrs ago now) I had a major accident involving multiple fractures, and now have chronic arthritis pain and can’t do the work I trained for. Uranus moves slowly… progressed planets are halfway thru… Pluto is finally fished with natal Moon, but heading towards playing with progressed ascendant… it honestly doesn’t look very hopeful to me.😬

Thought: Birth Charts are reflexive, that is, the cahrt adapts to us and we adjust to the Birth Chart. Just want to say when I switched to a Whole House Birth Chart my sun moved from the 6th house to the 7th house. My life changed ass a result to much more ods a 7th house experience.

I have my Mars in 6th house Aries conjunct North node. It was in it's sign of rulership and it's also in it's Joy.

@@AstrologyHubPod I don't have any background in medicine but whenever i got sick i always do things like subconsciously make do breathworks, body movements, visualizations to heal my self, only when i learned how to Google that I'm doing taichi, yoga, mudra, visualization techniques naturally. It's like it's natural for me to manipulate my energy to heal myself by doing those weird stuff. I rarely got sick tho and if i did it's kinda intense but that's the time when I discover my ability to self heal. I am also physically strong like people get surprised how strong i am given that I'm kind of effeminate and soft in nature. I'm also very sensitive to energies of other people that's why when i was a child i always prefer to be alone. I don't know if this things were only the effects of my mars placement but i also believe that my other planetary placements make me as such. I'm interested in energy healing and I want to help other people too if i can but I don't know how or maybe i know what to do but I don't know how to start.
