I just went and listened to the original out of curiosity and honestly, this version feels like the way this song was meant to be. Maybe because I heard this one first and I'm not a big fan of pop, but this cover has so much more soul and I could listen to it on repeat for hours

I'm in my 40s and they have introduced me to songs I would have never listened to otherwise. Its been a long time since I discovered new music I like. Im an avid The Cure, The Clash, Big Audio Dynamite, INXS, Depeche Mode fan and for some reason Cannons sound just takes me to a Micheal H. Type place. Great music, great sound, cool videos.

I had never heard the original, sooooo I decided to pull it up, and see how this version faired. Well.... the original blows, it's really that simple. The magic that has been done with this cover is absolutely amazing! The vocals, the slowed down timing, it's easily 1 of my favorite songs of theirs, I just wish it was longer! I love this band so much, and I am absolutely in love with Michelle's voice, their songs hit all the right feels, and I wish I was better with words to give the justice this song, and this group deserve. The world is a better place with your talents!
