I've lost count of how many times Israel has ignored UN resolutions regarding its illegal occupation of Gaza, illegal settlements in the West Bank, apartheid system, obstruction of aid etc etc. The number would be higher but for the fact the US has vetoed 90 resolutions in the Security Council so they don't count. Israel ignored the recent UNSC call for an immediate ceasefire, has ignored the ICJ's requirements of unhindered aid and not to do anything that would violate the Genocide convention, and yet this bloke has the audacity to claim the member countries of the UNGA are shredding the charter. It would be funny if it wasn't so deranged.
Remember this....there was a ceasefire up until Oct 6th....Hamas broke that ceasefire and will continue to break any ceasefire....they have stated that publicly. Besides which, there is no 'genocide'...I'd suggest that you check the meaning of the word.

No. The vote itself was the definition of immaturity. The way statehood gets granted at the UN is for the UN Security Council to recommend it, NOT for the General Assembly to vote on it. The Palestinians are breaking the rules by trying to go around the U.S. veto, instead of actually working to reform their society to get to the point where they satisfy the “peace-loving” condition that all UN member states must have. The Israeli Ambassador shredded a copy of the UN Charter to point out the utter hypocrisy of this con game that the vast majority of member nations are participating in.
