- We spent about three weeks in Da Nang and really enjoyed our time. We found the food to be very budget friendly and really delicious. During our stay we visited the cities of Hoi An and Hue. We also had the opportunity to check out some of the local museums, and attractions such as the Marble Mountains, My Son Sanctuary, and Ling Ung Pagoda.

Yes. That has been our problem. The food is amazing and so budget friendly. We’re definitely over eating. The daily coconut coffees don’t help either, but they are delicious. 😬

Hello. Thanks for watching our video. That's especially interesting to know that we can get the rice paper at the Han market. Thanks for sharing that information. My personal opinion (Chris) is that I would just go back to one of the many great restaurants in Da Nang to enjoy spring rolls 😂😂. The locals know how to prepare them perfectly. Stephanie likes to cook so maybe she will attend a cooking class to learn how to make them with that rice paper. 🙏🙏😊

We will be visiting Ho Chi Minh City in about one week. We visited Hanoi and Hue in December, along with Hoi An. We will need to return to Hue because it was raining so much it was difficult to visit the imperial city.

We picked up Trung Nguyen. It’s been keeping us going the last week. We love the coffee culture in Vietnam. It’s difficult to resist visiting all the different cafes.

All the food is amazing and incredibly inexpensive. Are you planning to visit in two years, or move to Da Nang in two years? Lots of digital nomads are in the city. It’s being built up, but it’s still an authentic place which means you can find lots of authentic food.

Cheap, but very good and most of what we have eaten has been very high quality. We especially love the small family restaurants. We see the family members make their own food and they come out to sit in the restaurant and eat their own food. You would never see that in the United States. It’s so nice to see. 👍👍
