Lime tart, quick and delicious recipe. The creamiest cake with lime and condensed milk in just 5 minutes
For the top:
Digestive biscuits 250g - 2 cups
Butter 125g - 1/2 cup
Cocoa 1 spoon
For the cream:
Condensed milk 400 ml - 14 ounces (oz)
Cold liquid cream 250 ml - 1 cup
Juice of 3 limes - about 6 tablespoons
Lime - grated zest of 3 limes
Method of preparation:
Crush the cookies and melt the butter, mix the melted butter with the cookies and cocoa. We place the composition in a tray with removable edges and cover the top with the edge of a glass, creating the shape of the tray.
Mix condensed milk, liquid cream and lime juice in a bowl. We homogenize well and we will notice how the cream thickens. We add the contents without a prescription. Decorate with lime zest. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
