Ingredients:
- 1 kg (2 lb) of potatoes
- 2 onions
- 100 g (4 oz) of ham
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 peppers
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Parsley
- Cheese to taste
- Oil
For the bechamel:
- 2 glasses of milk
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 40 g (1.1/2 oz) of butter
- Salt and pepper
