All I'm saying is that we need to fix our game before we even start blaming referee for our loss. Yes, ref was bad and all decisions went against us. But even if those penalties were given Liverpool wasn't going to let us get away. They managed to get 28 shots total and 13 shots on goal. That's the worst record we had in like 30 years or so. And please don't question my fan qualities. I've been supporting Chelsea for over 20 years now and this is by far the lowest point I've seen in a very very long time.

Anyone who thinks the Gallagher one is a penalty needs to have a serious think about why they're watching football. He runs into the defender rather than the other way round and was on his way down by the time significant contact was made. Players make contact with each other when they run into the area, it happens, defenders aren't obligated to move out of the way of the attacker, people just seem to think contact = penalty. Look at the way players manhandle each other when someone's trying to keep the ball in the corner, nobody thinks anything of it, yet two players body parts touch in the box and people think it's a stonewall penalty. Utterly bizarre.
The Nkunku one could have been given I think, was a bit of a kick out but the theatrical way he went down didn't help him at all.

Football is all about moments, yes liverpool were good but it was at anfield and the idea was to hit them on the break. Ref decisions were mental, when your whole midfield is booked harshly the ref doesn't have the balls to award penalties then we are gonna lose. Game could of been completely different if we had scored first. Poch had a plan and I dont think it was a bad one. Quite possibly one of the most one sided ref performances I have ever seen. Literally couldn't believe what I was watching. We weren't allowed to gain confidence or build in the game. Our team is too young to deal when the chips are down. We need correct decisions
