  • In this episode, I show you how I finished running the brake lines on the inside of the car. Next is to get the AIM pressure sensors all dialed in and mounted up. Once the brake light pressure sensor is in, that pretty much wraps up interior clutch and brake line plumbing!
Moving the rear of the car, we focus on getting the clutch line mounted with a quick disconnect fitting.
Last part of the episode is all about the custom battery box from Taylor Cables to house the Antigravity Batteries Group 75 lithium-ion battery with the kill switch. This is the same one I use in the C6 Formula Drift Corvette.
Big thanks to everyone for following along as my team and I transform this flood damaged C8 Corvette into a full Formula Drift spec drift car!

I do the same thing with zip ties on sparkplug wires for old sb and bb chevy engines. Apparently they don't like touching each other so I make sure they can't. :D

Is it standard to not run a brake switch on the handbrake line?

Sorry I am confused, what do you mean brake switch?

@@mattfield777 sorry, you put a pressure sensor for brake lights. Your hand brake is after the sensor so your handbrake won’t activate the lights. Is the how it usually is? Doesn’t FD cars have the lights come on under any sort of braking?

@@derekkuehn it used to be that the roof lights were handbrake and foot brake front and back (I think)
The front lights are now on a GPS speed sensor. I think FD provides it, or specifys it.
The rule books are on the FD site

@@williambeckey4506 thanks. That might be what I’m remembering with the roof rear light.
