FIRST RECIPE
✔️INGREDIENTS:
2 aubergines
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Dried thyme
🔸
Minced beef (300g)
Half a red onion
Half a red pepper
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Salt and pepper
Coriander
Tomato puree 150g
Grated Parmesan 40g
Fresh parsley
🔸
Grated mozzarella 100g
Cherry tomatoes (3) halved
1st cooking: Bake at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes
2nd cooking: Put back in the oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.
SECOND RECIPE
✔INGREDIENTS:
3 medium aubergines
Minced beef 400g
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
Canned peeled tomatoes 400g
1 green onion
1 clove of garlic
Water 100ml
Mozzarella cheese 150g
Green pepper
Parsley at the end of cooking
1st cooking: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25 minutes
2nd cooking: Put back in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Ognuno ha i sui tempi.. Ma qui si da un parere sulla ricetta se è piaciuta o meno. Sindacare la professionalità non è mai corretto sopratutto se non si hanno i pari requisiti. Trovo molto importante il metodo della pica velocità, tenendo presente quella categoria di utenti alle prime armi e che per ragioni di età no è veloce quanto noi. Un saluto...🖐
