BACKGROUND STORY
We are steps2adventure, better known as Jordan & Annalise. We created the steps2adventure brand to inspire people to explore what the outdoors has to offer. Back in 2019 we always knew we wanted to travel, we were planning backpacking trips, train journeys.. you name it. Thankfully we came across the van life CZcamsrs! As soon as we saw this way of life we knew this was it, this is how we want to live and travel. So, we bought a van… Not just any van, she’s a 2007 LWB Mercedes sprinter van, an absolute beast!! We have spent over 2 years converting her in-between work and some little adventures across the UK.

I'm loving the content guys. I suffer from migraines and the one thing I find helps is drinking lots of water when you feel it coming on. They do say that they are related to hydration.
I'm thinking of putting off road tyres on my van. How do u find them on long motorway runs. Keep having fun.

States here so don't know what medications are available in UK but I take amitriptyline(generic name) at night for migraine prevention, and one called nurtec( brand name)(generic name rimegepant) for an attack...usually within 2 hours of taking nurtec I have very little to no headache. I also use peppermint oil (diluted) rubbed into my temples and a cooling eye mask while I wait. Hope you find relief soon! Next to your hiking adventures I enjoybseeing you cook!

With Regards to your headache's,if you've not done so already get your blood pressure checked as high blood pressure can cause what seems like a migraine,ps keep up the fun vlogs, always make me smile seeing you have a great adventure,👍👍

Go and have a walk to. Cathedral Cave in Little Langdale. Gorgeous walk and the cave is very impressive. Off to the lakes again soon myself, absolutely love it. Great vlog x

I have tried and tested all sorts for migraines and the best that work for me are solphadine soluble and the best bit is there less than 3quid ....Win Win! Loving the vlogs also, the lakes are gorgeous. x

Go through Keswick and towards the road that leads to the bridge that goes over to lake Windermere - there’s a road right up to the bridge lots of vans park there. It over looks skiddaw

Awesome video guys! My girlfriend and I are moving to Scotland from Canada in less than 3 months time, and its been really great to experience van life through you two. We want to build a van out for ourselves once we get settled over there, and its been really reassuring getting a look ahead at what its like. I'll just have to sort out driving on the other side first 😅
If I was in your shoes i would be stopping in Canada it's on its arse over here unfortunately Canada much better 💯🙌 although Scotland is stunning

Drink lots of water. Maybe worth having a eye test and a food intolerance test too, and even be worth visiting at dentist

I suffer from migraines I find if it’s a bad 1 solpedine max soluble are good. You could also have a chat with a doctor and they can prescribe sumotriptan which are for the days when moving out of a dark room isn’t an option. Good luck but as always awesome vid guys

As someone who lives in Cumbria and delivers parcels for a living I see plenty of places for parking up, but the tourist spots are problematic wherever you are.
Unfortunately most places are now getting signs pretty much all over the lakes we live in Cumbria ourselves and parking has become a challenge
