I’m 52 hoping to end the rat race by 60 with above $100M. I know money is a liability to be exchanged for assets with real value like real estate (properties for rent) stocks (dividends) bonds (interest) But, what is it with bitcoin? I hear a lot about it and I'd love to diversify my portfolio.

bitcoin does not pay any yield but will reward you with growth that you can't find in any other asset class

Paying off debt is a guaranteed return. Let say its student loans, cars, credit cards and your total interest is 11%. Better pay that off, because investing returns is not guaranteed. You think you can make 11%? Even 90% of pros dont beat the market (~8%), so who says you can? Average investor over long term you know how much makes... are you ready? 3.5% ;) Yup, yup.

So palantir is -15% since your comment, tesla -17%, paypal +3%, shopify -20%, amazon -16%, btc at around 0% or in the negative. You are an "amazing" investor. Dont come back in a year if markets boom... because most average joe shmoes (you), start selling when they see -10%, -15%.
