  • Agriculture in Nigeria still looks like it is in the primitive era as to what is attainable in the rest of the world today. In taking our agriculture in Nigeria to the next level and eventually catching up with the world, we need all stakeholders and investors to come in and invest in the mechanization of our farming system.
We already have the land, as well as the farmers, we just need to have the right types of equipment to scale up our agricultural productivity in Nigeria today
This video, therefore, opens up several investment opportunities in agro services, shows us how we can come into the sector by closing the huge gap already in the sector, and at the same time make amazing profit in the industry.
Also, leave us a comment if you have any area, you would want us to help you out within your farm establishment.

Wow....There is a lot of opportunities embedded in the Nigerian Agriculture Sector.
Mechanization is actually the only way we can bridge the gap, that way we can produce more per hectare.
Welldone Chidav and his highly intellectual Boss

  • @adebisiafeezadetominiyi3728

Nice one chidav. This is truly an opportunity for whoever is capable of it. In your business model, there might be a possibility whereby people crowd fund a set of equipment and have the returns shared. Just thinking loud

Great video Chidav. And I strongly believe if people are willing to invest in this sector or area, this would solve a lot of headaches in farming in Nigeria.

I don't agree. Intensive agricultural practices are very harmful to the ecology and provide only short term benefits. Undoubtedly that will lead to more and more demand for chemical fertilisers which in turn leads to less and less produce per hectare.
We Africans need to do things differently instead of blindly apeing the West. Eventually you will end up with large multinational companies owning your land and controlling your food supply. All for short term financial gain. There is nothing wrong with developing our own traditional practices with more creative thinking.
Next thing we know is that you will be advocating for GMO crops.

      @ChidavAgriculturalHub  Před rokem +1

I guess you've actually not had an on field experience of what farming and agriculture is. And not agreeing to an improvement and a way more efficient way of doing agriculture is alarming to me. There are always control measures to things.
And of course intensive agriculture may come with it challenges, but if you must achieve food sustainability in Nigeria, and Africa, mechanization of our production processes is the way forward.

@@ChidavAgriculturalHub Not necessarily. Let's not run before we can walk. Land must be widely available not just huge swathes gobbled up by a few wealthy industrial agriculturalists who inevitably end up owning the land. Having been born and lived my whole life in the West I can tell you that you are heading into a big trap set by Bill Gates and co. You will eventually be told what to plant and the price will be dictated by West. Blindly following the West is not the answer . Bigger is not always best!
In my opinion people should only grow what they eat and eat what they grow and not become slaves to artificially manipulated supply and demand economics..That is the real route to hunger. I wish you all the best.

You can as well come up with a better idea.. People stay behind their keypads and talk nonsense.
How about you decide to trek or fetch water from the stream because you want to do things the local way.
Bring up your suggestions and don't criticize people trying to create a solution.
It's no news the Nigerian Government has failed us. So looking for alternative solution to our problem is a sin to you right?
Technology is the way, tell me something better then we'll listen to you Indigenous man.
Plant maize on 1 plot the traditional way first then you'll what it really takes to get breakfast , dinner and lunch on your table.
