Definitely a stereo memory man as a looper/delay, he might have a secondary delay running another layer of loops maybe? I’ve never messed with the stereo memory man so I’m not sure it’s capability there because he does appear to be manipulating a layer independently and also he has delay on everything as well. He’s also probably got some kind of distortion going on for that kinda clippy sounding effect. He’s a very fascinating guy. Super simple lightweight setup but it’s really effective.
You know what, the second delay is confirmed! Looks like an Ibanez delay to me. I have one that I’ve used as a basic looper by setting an ultra long delay. You can also manipulate pitch in a weird way with delays when you change the rate while it’s still producing sound. I hope I’ve helped!

if youve dug in since youve commented this you probably know most of this, but Andy's in this weird tonstartssbandht with his brother Edwin (who releases music under Eola; the first song Andy performs here actually appears on Eola's album "Dang" as "Big Chestined Nights", as well as on Andy's "Evil Masters"), they perform this weird one guitar one drumset lofi psych rock stuff. When Andy was 16 he released this genre defying double album "So So So We See / Trenches In The Sun" which many people consider his best work; kind of a feat in multitrack recording, and sounds a bit like Animal Collective but not really, goes beyond their scope. More recently (incl. this) a lot of his music is performance-based; see his suite "In The Light" for guitar and voice. He didn't put much music out during the 2010's because he was either touring with his brother or touring with Mac Demarco (he played guitar in his live band); but he's putting new stuff out again. Really unique and original musician, highly suggest everything he's done
