How to Make Melting Ice Cream Drip Cake

Melting ice cream cakes are so cute, and perfect for a birthday celebration. I finally decided to make one, after hearing Olivia Rodrigo’s song over and over, and of course I went with “strawberry ice cream!”. In this tutorial I’ll show you how to mold the ice cream scoop, make colored drips and put everything together so it’s stable. Of course, finished all off with sprinkles!
Notes:
The ratio to white chocolate to cream is 3:1. In this tutorial I used:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

Great video thanks!! I've made a few drip cakes and they were not cold enough so they definitely dripped too much, great tips!! I'm making an ice cream cone cake for my 4 year olds 4 ever sweet party next week! 🎂 Feeling much more confident now! Although I'm sure I'll need to watch this again when I'm baking! 😅
