Hi! My name is Shervin Shaffie. I am a Microsoft Principal Technical Specialist focused on Teams, a former Cisco Technical Solutions Architect that covered Collaboration, and a Contact Center engineer at the beginning of my career. I studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Waterloo and moved into the tech field in 2000. This channel is my attempt to give back to anyone interested in this space. Whether you are a student that wants to pursue a job in this field, a customer looking to better understand the tech, or an employee curious to learn more, take a look and post any comments you may have.
